Firefighters have one of the most dangerous jobs in the world, and when it’s time to get off the roof of a burning building, any delay can literally be the difference between life and death. So the last thing they need to be pawing around for their ladder amidst the smoky haze and scorching flames. With our ARC ladder lighting, MEBULBS™ has incorporated our industry-leading LED designs into a tool that can save firemen’s lives. Real firemen created the green ladder light as a safety measure for roof operations, and our engineers have perfected it so firefighters can find their ladder when they need to.

The ARC ladder light is a permanent fixture that securely attaches to an aluminum ground ladder. Powerful enough to cut through the smoky haze while being small enough for normal ladder storage, this beacon emits a green glow that has been proven to be most visible in disorienting situations. Each fixture contains 24 front LED lights along with three up-light LEDs, so it can be seen from any angle and can be operated in 11 different modes, including steady-state, flashing, front-only and reduced power. Manufactured with impact-resistant polycarbonate housing and rated for use in temperatures up to 212 degrees, you can be confident yours will hold up.

Our ladder lighting is approved by both Alco-Lite and Duo, the two leading ladders used by firefighters. It runs on eight AA batteries for up to 26 hours of use and has a red LED low battery light so you know when it’s time to change them. We even put the on-off switch on the underside to make it harder for someone to accidentally turn it off in a critical moment. If your department is looking for a green ladder light to increase the safety of a dangerous mission, then contact us today to learn more. They can also be used for inspection ladders, railroad car ladders and grain bin ladders whenever security is paramount.
